Previously, the annual WWE wrestling simulator, published by THQ, only came to PC after acquiring 2K. This means that, despite more than a decade of gaming, Windows PC currently has only two games.

The 2K tour features career mode to help you create your own superstar. From the NXT Development Alliance, you need to build competitions and alliances throughout the journey, helping you develop your skills and build your reputation. Again, this can be tricky, especially when your new fighter starts at an incredibly low level, but accepting them at the expense of progress is beneficial.
Unfortunately, gamingYuke’s developer engine looks tough and outdated. This is not a big surprise, is it? The team has not completed a year of reorganization since 2000. Despite a new generation of visual redevelopment a few years ago, the characters remain wooden and slide and swing around the ring before delivering the saved animation instead of natural motion.
The King of the Ring
WWE 2K16 is not an amazing fighting game, but for WWE fans it is the only fighting game. It would be great to see what 2K and Yuke can do if it takes two years to create a franchise – it looks like these annual updates are all we get. It’s not perfect, but it’s still fun and there are plenty of options and ways to continue your next WrestleMania event.
